With over twenty eight years of fire fighting and emergency rescue experience  in the heart of London, Operations Director, Roger Kendall was seconded by The London Fire Brigade to London Weekend Television as The Technical Advisor and Safety Officer to the TV series, LONDON'S BURNING.

It soon became apparent that his extensive working knowledge of the fire industry and his hands on approach to dynamic risk management would lead to some of the greatest fires and stunts ever shown on TV. His fire ground experience allowed him to assist to create a much wider diversity of script ideas and a far greater and more realistic choreography of fire and rescue scenes.

When Roger appeared as the subject on "This is Your Life" to praise his work with the fire service his work with London's Burning was well documented.
